1952 Spartanette

This vintage beauty was only built in 1952 and is 40 feet in length, the largest Spartanette model. There are very few survivors known to exist as total production was fairly low. The new owner wanted a large kitchen and gathering place for the guests at his California ranch. The plans called for a rear laundry room that was scratched when we couldn't find a washer or dryer that would fit through either door, and building the trailer around them just seemed like a really bad idea. So a rear bedroom was built instead. The semicircular booth and red table came from a much-loved but now lost Phoenix Mexican Restaurant.

1962 Streamline

This project involved remodeling a Streamline trailer into a bunkhouse for a ranch in California. The kitchen was removed and an entertainment center and spot for a couch was put in it's place. The bath was redone with new paint and Marmoleum flooring was put down. The outside was polished, tailights repaired, and the trim was painted red.
